- Represented four cross-border funds in their initial US capital raises.

- Advising domestic and foreign GP’s in their initial/early cross-border offerings to be launched in the US private capital markets.
- Providing expertise to both legacy teams and spin-outs as to marketing strategy and gaining brand recognition prior to, and during, capital raises.
- Accessing a deep, diverse capital base, ranging from established private markets institutional investors, to corporate venture teams, strategic partners, emerging manager sponsors and less overly-solicited, more recent private equity/real estate fund investors.
- Continuing between capital raises as Investor Relations Specialists to both support the existing LP’s and to provide pre-marketing expertise and introductions for follow-up offerings.
